Meiner Meinung nach gibt es drei sehr gute Einführungen in die (Philosophie der) Logik.
Zum einen ein Buch, das schon für die ersten Semester  empfehlenswert ist:

Ernst Tugendhat, Ursula Wolf: Logisch-semantische Propädeutik, Reclam 1983

Zum anderen die sehr problemorientierte Einführung

Pirmin Stekeler-Weithofer: Grundprobleme der Logik, de Gruyter, 1986

Als Übungsbuch empfiehlt sich desweiteren

I started a wiki for my sister, so that she can add her various Mindmaps. As she participates in Lütterfeld’s Aristotle – “Nikomachische Ethik” seminar each friday she thought about making some mindmaps. You can approach them here.
I like it a lot, as it’s very nicely structured as well as very detailed. It’s german language.
